Такие виды устного творчества, как стихи и рифмовки всегда имели большое значение для развития народов. Вспомните, колыбельные, детские потешки, сказки люди узнавали и воспринимали прежде всего на слух. Нам их читали и рассказывали бабушки и мамы, а иногда даже и папы и дедушки.
Когда ребенок слышит стихотворение, сказку или рифмовку, создается благоприятная атмосфера для развития внимания, восприятия текста на слух, фантазия, воображение.

Также такие виды устного творчества помогают при изучении иностранного языка. С их помощью происходит быстрое и непринужденное усвоение лексических единиц. Ребенок, многократно повторяя слова из рифмовок и стихов слова, легче их усваивает, увеличивается словарный запас.
Авторские рифмовки и стихи, которые даны в этом сборнике помогали мне самой при усвоении детьми дошкольного возраста азам английского языка. Они использованы также в авторской программе «Funny English». Надеюсь, что вам они понравятся и вы сможете также применить их в своей работе.
